Bring several source types into one channel list and choose which source Multiview prefers for overlapping channels.

Apple
Follow these steps with touch controls on iPhone or iPad, or use focus and select controls with the Apple TV remote.
Android
Follow these steps with touch controls on a phone or tablet, or use the directional pad and select button on Google TV.

Add and review your sources

  1. 1Open Settings, then Manage Sources.
  2. 2Connect each device, service, playlist, or live feed that you want to use.
  3. 3Open All Channels or Guide to confirm that content from each source appears.

Set the priority order

  1. 1From Manage Sources, open Source Priority.
  2. 2Move your preferred source to the top and arrange the remaining sources in order.
  3. 3Return to Guide and refresh if the combined lineup does not update immediately.
Good to know: Source Priority appears when more than one source is connected.

Understand overlapping channels

Multiview groups overlapping versions of a channel into one entry. The priority order determines which available source and guide data are preferred.

Good to know: Guide information comes from your connected sources and providers. Titles, times, descriptions, and availability can differ.

Mix sources in one layout

  1. 1Open Layouts and choose an arrangement.
  2. 2Assign compatible streams from any connected source to the available positions.
  3. 3Save the layout if you want to reopen the same mixed-source setup later.
