• App Preferences: Your app settings, channel presets, and layout preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.

• HDHomeRun device information or network details
• Channel viewing history or preferences (stored locally only)
• Device identifiers that can personally identify you

• Payment information (handled securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

How We Use Information

The limited anonymous analytics data we collect is used solely to:

• Improve the App's functionality and user experience
• Identify and fix technical issues
• Understand general usage patterns to prioritize feature development

Local Data Storage

All of your personal settings, including channel presets, layout configurations, and app preferences, are stored exclusively on your device using iOS/tvOS/Android secure storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following services:

• HDHomeRun Devices: The App connects to your local HDHomeRun devices on your network. We do not have access to your device information or streaming content.

• Google Analytics: Anonymous website analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• App Store / Play Store: Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your payment information.

Data Security

Since we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is minimal risk of data breaches. Your local app data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and secure storage.

Children's Privacy

Multiview does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is not directed at children, and we do not target children as an audience.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the App from your device
• Opt out of analytics by using browser privacy settings or ad blockers on our website
• Contact us with privacy-related questions or concerns

International Users

Multiview is available globally. If you are located outside the United States, please note that any anonymous analytics data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
