1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Multiview (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is owned and operated by Henzelmann Labs LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Multiview is an application for iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and Android devices that allows you to view multiple television channels simultaneously from your HDHomeRun network TV tuner. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• Simultaneous viewing of multiple HDHomeRun channels
• Automatic discovery of HDHomeRun devices on your local network
• Customizable viewing layouts
• Saved channel presets
• Additional features as described in the App Store listing and on our website

3. Technical Requirements

Use of the App requires:

• A compatible HDHomeRun network TV tuner device
• A reliable local network connection to your HDHomeRun device
• A compatible iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or Android device meeting minimum system requirements
• An active cable, satellite, or antenna TV subscription or service

We do not guarantee compatibility with all HDHomeRun models or network configurations. Performance may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and HDHomeRun hardware.

4. User Responsibilities and Content Rights

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to view all content you access through the App.The App is designed to facilitate viewing of television channels you are already authorized to access via your HDHomeRun device. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to access the television content you view
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and broadcasting regulations
• You will not use the App to access, distribute, or facilitate access to unauthorized streams or pirated content
• You will not modify, manipulate, or reverse-engineer HDHomeRun discovery or lineup protocols to facilitate unauthorized distribution of content
• You will not use the App for any commercial redistribution of television content

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App immediately if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of copyright laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access content you are not authorized to view
• Distribute, broadcast, or retransmit content to third parties
• Circumvent or disable any content protection or access control mechanisms
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or related systems

6. In-App Purchases and Pro Features

The App is available for free download with basic features. Additional "Pro" features are available via a one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 USD (price may vary by region and is subject to change). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. However, you may request a refund through Apple or Google within 90 days of purchase at their sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via the App Store or to Google via Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly.

Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and cannot be transferred to another platform or account.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect limited analytics data to improve the App's performance and user experience. Our data practices include:

• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous information about feature usage and navigation patterns
• Performance Data: We collect diagnostic information about crashes, errors, and performance issues
• Approximate Location: We derive general geographic region from your IP address for analytics purposes only

We do NOT collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Precise location data
• Content you view or watch
• Payment information (handled exclusively by Apple/Google)
• Any data that personally identifies you

8. Third-Party Services and Open Source Software

The App incorporates the following third-party services and software:

• Microsoft Clarity: Analytics and performance monitoring
• Apple StoreKit: In-app purchase processing (iOS/iPadOS/tvOS only)
• VLC Media Player (VideoLAN): Open-source video streaming library licensed under GNU GPL. For more information, visit https://www.videolan.org/legal.html

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, code, design, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Henzelmann Labs LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The App will be compatible with all HDHomeRun devices or network configurations
• Any defects in the App will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Henzelmann Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright infringement

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Henzelmann Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Your unauthorized access to or distribution of copyrighted content

12. Updates and Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice or liability. You may receive automatic updates to the App. You agree that these Terms will apply to all updates.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wisconsin, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Henzelmann Labs LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
