Find the server
Connect your Jellyfin server in any released Multiview app.
- 1Open Settings, Manage Sources, and choose Jellyfin.
- 2On a native app, discover servers on the local network or enter the full HTTP or HTTPS URL manually.
- 3Keep any reverse-proxy base path in the URL, such as https://media.example.com/jellyfin.
Good to know: Jellyfin commonly uses port 8096 for local HTTP and UDP port 7359 for discovery.

Authorize the device
- 1Choose Quick Connect and approve the displayed code from a signed-in Jellyfin app.
- 2If Quick Connect is disabled, expand the username and password fallback and sign in directly.
- 3Confirm that Live TV and the supported video library sections appear.
Good to know: Multiview never retains the password. Each server and user receives a separate token in device-secure or browser-local storage.

Use local HTTP or remote HTTPS
Native apps can connect to a local HTTP server. An HTTPS web dashboard may be blocked from reaching an HTTP or private-network server by mixed-content and Private Network Access protections.
- 1For dashboard or remote access, expose Jellyfin through a trusted HTTPS reverse proxy approved by your browser.
- 2Do not place access tokens in the server URL.
- 3Reconnect this source separately on another device because credentials are not synchronized.

Supported content
Multiview supports Live TV, guide data, recordings, movies, shows, seasons, episodes, search, artwork, and resume progress. Music, photos, books, recording scheduling, and server administration are outside this integration.
