Multiview ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Multiview application (the "App") on iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and Android devices and our public website (the "Website").
Multiview is designed with privacy in mind. We do not operate servers that receive your App source configuration or viewing activity. We and our service providers process the following limited information:

These source details and preferences remain on your device and are not sent to Henzelmann Labs. When you connect a third-party source, the App may communicate directly with that device, server, or provider as needed to authenticate, browse, and play the content you request.
If you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any diagnostic details you include. We use that information to respond to you and provide support.

We use an IP-derived country code supplied by our content-delivery provider to determine which analytics choice applies. The browser-side check returns only a yes-or-no result indicating whether prior consent is required; it does not expose your country code or IP address to our page scripts. In regions where prior consent is required, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity do not load unless you select "Accept analytics." Elsewhere, analytics is enabled by default and you may opt out at any time. If the region check fails, we require consent.
If you decline, we store that choice in your browser's local storage and do not load those analytics tools on future page loads. You can review or change your choice at any time through the "Privacy choices" control in the Website footer.
The Website treats supported Global Privacy Control and "Do Not Track" browser signals as a request not to load optional analytics. Google and Microsoft may process information collected through their services across time or across websites as described in their own privacy policies. You may also restrict cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. We use these services for audience measurement and Website improvement, not to display advertising on the Website.
We retain support communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and resolve disputes. Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to our provider configurations and the providers' applicable retention practices, and only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Information may be kept longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Source connection details, library metadata, viewing history, presets, layout configurations, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Henzelmann Labs does not operate servers that receive or store this information. Your device sends requests directly to the local devices, servers, and third-party providers you choose to connect. Limited crash diagnostics are transmitted to Firebase Crashlytics as described above.

Henzelmann Labs does not operate servers that store your source configuration, library metadata, viewing history, or app preferences. Local app data is protected by your device's built-in security features. Information processed by Firebase, Microsoft, Google Analytics, app stores, and connected content providers is protected according to those providers' security practices.
Multiview does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is not directed at children, and we do not target children as an audience.

Multiview is available globally. If you are located outside the United States, please note that website analytics and app diagnostic data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
